HI PEGGY. SO MANY YEARS HAVE PASSED I AM GREATFUL THAT YOU REMEMBERED ME. I LIVE IN FORT MYERS ON THE WEST COAST. I HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS. I AM DOING WHAT MY DAD DID IN ROWAYTON WORKING ON BOATS AND MOTOR YACHTS AND ENJOY IT VERY MUCH . . . . MY MOM AND DAD JUST PASSED AWAY THIS LAST OCTOBER WITH IN 48 HOURS APART. DO YOU HAVE ANY OLD PICTURES? DAVE BALLARD
Hi Lyn –
Not certain if this is the “correct” way to respond on this site….blogging is all new to me! I am at the opposite end of the east coast – Vero Beach, Florida. I like it here, but miss New England. Mom and Dad moved here back in 74 and I moved down in 2004 when the perfect position here was offered to me. Mom was 85, and other than her 24 hour caregiver, alone here. She passed away in 07 and I have stayed. I have three children – my two boys both still live in Connecticut in the Madison area (where my husband and I raised them) and my daughter is here with me.
What about you and Margot? Children? I noticed you have a PR firm when I clicked on your name….that is fantastic. I work in the non-profit field and oversee all our PR and Fundraising efforts. Send Margot my best!
This site is truly wonderful…….thanks for getting back to me!
Hi Peggy–of course I do! How are you? Yes, really sad about Liz. I still can’t believe it. Margot is fine. She lives outside of Boston as do I. She is an architect. Yes, and of course the Keefes and the Cotters. We saw Jeanette several years back when she came to visit my parents.
Where are you these days?
